Job summary:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in CoreJava and Kafka to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have between 9 to 13 years of experience and will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive our business strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data to support business decisions.
Develop and implement advanced analysis processes using CoreJava.
Utilize Kafka for efficient data processing and integration in projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide analytical support.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts on the team.
Optimize analysis workflows for improved efficiency and performance.
Participate in the development of analysis tools and applications.
Contribute to the creation of detailed reports and presentations that summarize analysis findings.
Manage data resources and ensure their secure storage and accessibility.
Qualifications
Must have a strong foundation in CoreJava and experience with Kafka.
Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with analysis software and tools is highly desirable.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
