8 years of experience in Salesforce marketing cloud
# Experience in requirement gathering on Email studio, journey builder, automation studio, contact builder and data architecture
# Understanding of cloud pages, Ampscripting, SSJS and SQL
# Understanding of end to end implementation across Salesforce Marketing
# Experience in Agile process and managing sprints
# Experience in Salesforce CRM would be added advantage
# Experience in other salesforce platforms would be added advantage
# Knowledge on deployment via CI CD pipeline process between GitLab and salesforce.
# Certified Email specialist, Admin or consultant is a must
# Understanding of digital marketing space
# Demonstra ted experience working with multiple Clients (India and global) and in complex, multi-location projects with multiple stakeholders.
# Ability to own and manage business & system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, user stories, UM L diagrams, interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management Responsibilities
# Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from implementation point of view # Design propose technical solution options
# Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements along with the relevant stakeholders
# Produce a detailed technical solution design document to match the functional requirements
# Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, integration points, etc.
# Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts to provide the technical guidance whenever required
# Participate and lead all the technical discussions with team as well a s all other stakeholders
# Define best practices for project support and documentation
# Provide Customer Training as required .
