Technical/Functional Skills:

·         Drive and lead end to end solutioning of SFDC CRM platform implementation and rollouts
·         Lead functional consultancy for all Life Sciences specific CRM modules
·         Drive business and technology solutions in terms of large transformation programs within the value chain segment at LS companies
·         Lead CRM side integration and interfaces architecture for CRM implementation and enhancements
·         Define business processes, integration flows and configuration set-ups
·         Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and underlying data assets and models
·         Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and non-functional requirements
·         Enable mentoring and training on CRM platform and functional area for engagement teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
·         Articulate technical information around the business process, services, solutions, products, test methods, best practices along with technology information associated with it
·         Planning, organizing requirements elicitation, shaping the documentation, and playback to business stakeholders, presenting it the best possible way
·         Participate in business and technical discussions with interfacing systems, solutions, services
·         Analyze the state of the current implementation and provide technical recommendations to improve the customer services and processes
·         Create and review the designs for back end (such as objects, apex classes, triggers), front end (such as lightning web components, visual force pages) and integrations
·         Work with external vendors and developers to create development standards and instill best practices to ensure they build secure and scalable solutions
·         Conduct code reviews & ensure adherence to architectural principles and guidelines
·         Assist with setting up the DevOps toolchain, CI/CD pipeline, engineering practices, coding standards, testing strategies and KPIs which meet internal business needs and minimize defects prior to implementation.
·         Create regulatory design and technical documentation as required by GxP compliance, data security and safety
·         Analyze other products to recommend solutions and create Proof of Concept to support business needs
·         Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solution. May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code using program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions.
·         May mentor/supervise a vendor’s team of one or more and guide and evaluate the performance of those individuals; is accountable for the effective performance of the team/individuals.
·         Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
