Job Description:

• We are looking for two Senior Data Scientist with experience implementing AI and Machine Learning techniques from the ground up. You will be part of a team of two Data Scientists exploring opportunities to implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies in our environment.

 
Responsibilities:

• Build out an AI/ML sandbox for conducting Data Science experiments.
• Identify applications/processes that could benefit from AI/ML and implement those technologies.
• Educate existing staff on basic algorithms along with best practices and pitfalls of each.
• Create a roadmap for the future state of our platform.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices in the fields of AI/ML.
• Financial Services experience a plus.
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution, and implement it using advanced quantitative methods.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.

3-5 “nice to have”

• Experience with general finance, derivatives, alt’s, and market data.
