Job Description
Job Title: - L3 Web/App-hosting Support(Middleware Admin)
Location: Irving TX: Onsite
Scope of work:
- L3 Web/App-hosting Support that covers 11 Web/App hosting products and any other products added in future – responsible for supporting daily BAU operations

L3 Support BAU
Configuration Management
- Support Application Build and perform deployment
- WebSphere application server administration, which includes data source, Webserver configuration, Site Minder configuration, LDAP Configuration, JMS, Topic, Queue, Listener Port, LDAP configuration
- Support and contribute to Application server and Webserver Performance Tuning
- Support Application/Web Server Security and Application security configuration
- MSPKI/ Verisign/ third party application Certificate request/renewal and configuration at Web server and Application server level
- Support application team in setting up NDM, HSM, Luna, monitoring
- Service start / stop
- Configuration of JMS, Topic, Queue & Listener Port.
- Decommission of services
- Test, deploy, integrate, deploy, manage support application availability
- Initial troubleshooting for Application not Responding, deployment failures, basic WebLogic/WebSphere/webserver issues & escalate to L3 for further analysis.
System Monitoring
- Monitoring is expected across multiple platforms (as an example (App-Dynamics, ITRS , ITM, K20, SMD, SPLUNK etc.) this is not an exhaustive list
- Work in with Integration team to setup and support monitoring tools
- Perform periodic health check and business readiness checks of the Production and Non-Production environments.
Deployment Management
- Support Application Deployment using manual / Automated (CICD) deployment
- RLM/U-Deploy Jobs creation and deployments
- Input file creation for SSD deployment
- Provide 24x7 Coverage, if required, for any application.
Patch Management
- Upgrade/ I-Fix/ Patching Middleware components (VTM, GEM etc.) within the timeline
- Install and upgrade JDK, SSO packages
- Support asset vulnerability remediation (VTM) through green zones for in scope application
- Continuity management
- Build initial playbooks for identified recovery scenarios
- Schedule and facilitate regular recovery testing within the CTI COB testing requirements
- Drive automation of service recovery procedures
- Asset and Configuration management
- Develop initial end to end documentation of in-scope services
- Support asset lifecycles activities (EOL/EOVS) for in-scope applications
BCM/FIM management and remediation.
- Inventory and reconciliation in Citi systems.
- Compliant to BCM and FIM requirements
- Remediation of BCM and FIM exceptions within the timelin ITIL Management:
- Middleware component configuration
- Interact with Development Team, Subject Matter Experts & other groups to report findings and suggestions.
- Participate in Development calls to understand new releases and initiatives.
- Weekly /Monthly reports and MOR
- Activity Signoff mails from Application team
- Centralized tracking of SSL certs and renewal
- Incident management including root cause analysis.
- Raising Cases and provide logs/basic information to vendor for Middleware issues

- Create and track problem records with Problem management and close out within SLA
- Lead thorough root cause analysis and facilitate engagement from all L3 teams
- Review of all major tickets to determine areas of efficiencies and improvements.
External Provider Management
- Creation, tracking and follow up of support tickets with external vendors within SLA
- Build & BAU support
- BAU builds / change execution
- Drive Service Improvement plans to closure
