Job Description:

We are seeking a senior technical resource to lead the migration of our on-premises Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) application to Oracle Cloud FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the migration, including designing, and implementing the migration strategy, configuring and customizing the FCCS application, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of the migration from Oracle HFM to Oracle Cloud FCCS
• Design and implement the migration strategy, including data migration and system integration.
• Configure and customize the FCCS application to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional resources to ensure smooth transition from HFM to FCCS
• Translate existing business processes to new application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the migration and the FCCS application.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the migration and the FCCS application.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Develop necessary integrations using scripting languages such as Batch and PowerShell

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HFM, with a strong understanding of financial consolidation, accounting, and reporting processes
• 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud FCCS, including implementation and customization.
• Extensive work in finance and accounting domain
• Strong technical skills in Oracle Hyperion tools, including FDMEE, EPM Automate, and Smart View
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell/Batch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Soft Skills:
