The arrangement is primarily remote, with possible onsite group work sessions in Denver. Contract extensions will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery sessions with client staff to understand analytics needs and confirm requirements.

Develop dashboard wireframes compliant with design standards to fulfill analytics requirements.

Collaborate closely with client staff and team members throughout the design, development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of data analytics dashboards.

Conduct tests on dashboards to ensure requirements are met and organize test sessions with CDOT staff.

Work with team members on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the dashboard process framework. Provide necessary training for staff to engage effectively with the process framework.

Minimum Qualifications:

Based in the US, preferably in the mountain/Denver timezone.

Core availability from 9am to 4pm MT, Monday to Thursday.

Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.

Experience in an engineering and/or construction project environment.

Experience working in an agile environment with iterative deliverable review/refine cycles.

5 years of Business Analyst experience.

2 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.

2 years of experience in diagramming/wireframing.

Experience in User Experience (UX) design.

Proficient in Google Workspace collaboration tools.

Overall process for eliciting requirements, designing dashboard wireframes, obtaining stakeholder approval, and working with developers for development.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with the Lucidchart software platform.
