Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 7 years of experience in working with Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), ITOM (IT Operations Management), AI/ML, Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations.
