Job Description:

Senior level consultant experienced in healthcare and data exchange.

• Designs and develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and demonstrate value of data exchange via the Health Information Network (NJHIN). Develops high-level executive briefings and dashboards.
• Participates in formal and informal requirements elicitation sessions with senior level and other stakeholders, including workshops, focus groups, and interviews and Master Person Index (MPI) initiatives.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Works well with IT and functional areas.
• Meets with stakeholders to analyze and document existing business processes and technical issues and recommend business improvement opportunities. Identify, document and share repeatable process improvement opportunities for programs and in support of the statewide roll out of Master Person Index.
• Creates and maintains data analytics for NJHIN and other data sets based on salesforce and amazon data lake data sets using python scripting and other scripting languages as well as tableau data analytics tools.
