Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in software product development and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should possess:
1. Experience and Expertise:
* Over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in product-based organizations.
* Proven track record in Quality Assurance and project management within an onsite-offshore model.
* Strong Data/AI expereince
* Extensive experience (at least 5+ projects) leveraging AWS services, frontend technologies (Typescript), and API development (Node.js).
* Demonstrated thought leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
2. Technical and Project Management Skills:
* Strong solutioning skills to collaborate with Technical Architects and customer teams.
* Competence in managing all project aspects including scope, timelines, cost, quality, resources, risks, and communication.
* Ability to drive execution, manage metrics, and ensure project success.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Mission of Technical Manager role at WinWire is to:
TPM must have played technology role (Architect/ Lead/ Engineer) role where she/he has led the design/implementation of software products.
1. Be a trusted leader in cutting edge technologies and innovations (Data/AI) to deliver world class solutions to WinWire customers
2. Provide excellent customer experience through WinWire’s onsite-offshore delivery process & smooth execution of the projects
3. Support WinWire’s Delivery/Program/Account Directors towards the overall growth goal of the account
4. Build rapport with the customer, partner (Microsoft) and implementation team members and provide all the necessary support for their success

5. Solutioning – Work with Technical Architects and Customer team to envision solution/ implementation roadmap. Contribute and guide the discussion to arrive at optimal solution for given customer problem statement

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 8+ years working in product based organizations with focus on Quality Assurance
2. Strong experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model
3. Building products leveraging AWS Services using Frontend Technologies (Typescript) and API Development using nodejs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrate Thought Leadership in discussions with business partners to ensure delivery of the most effective solutions for the identified business objectives.
2. Must have worked on several (at least 5+) projects building products leveraging AWS Services using Frontend Technologies (Typescript) and API Development using nodejs
3. Has extensive experience in building products for organizations preferably start-ups.
4. Understand customer product engineering process and collaborate with engineering teams to build features prioritized as per product roadmap
5. Conduct regular connects with the customer’s point-of-contact for project feedback/issues/ escalation and establishing a good relationship
6. Prepare weekly status reports and review them with Delivery Director/Account Manager
7. Participate in all the weekly project status review meetings with the customer
8. Track & own all the Internal & External Issues and Risks at the project level and bring it up during the Account and Quality reviews
9. Own project escalation review meetings and provide necessary inputs to the account team for speedy closure of the escalation
10. Ability to work collaboratively with others from any functional area or background, to influence thinking and gain acceptance
11. Track onboarding, training and joining of resources (FTE/ Contract) hired for the engagement.
12. Carry out 1:1 with team members to gather inputs and provide constructive feedback for growth
13. Provide inputs to L&D team on training needs specific to custome
Job Description WinWire technologies is looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage products for Digital Transformation Agency as a Leader for building products aligned to the overall delivery assurance.Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead customer projects and will provide thought leadership to customers and project teams from both technology, project and product management aspects with a clear goal of delivery excellence. TPM must look for and provide Value Add and enable new business opportunities, support the account team for overall growth of the account. TPM is expected to manage customer communication efficiently and resolve conflict (both internal and external). Manage and drive review meetings with internal and external stakeholders (weekly, monthly, and quarterly). Mentor and coach, the respective practice/delivery team members.
