Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMC Remedy application development and customization Must have customization experience in ARS v8.x. v9.x and later. Must have high Expertise in Remedy CMDB and Design and Jobs Indepth knowledge of ITIL processes and BMC development standards Experience in writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters and Escalations Sound knowledge in the ITSM Modules Must be able to troubleshoot application logs SQL, API, Filter, Active
