Job Description

Role: - IBM ISAM/ISIM  L3 Consultant

Location: -  REMOTE In USA – candidate should work as per CST Time Zone – Prefer candidates from CST / EST Times

Primary Skill: ISAM, ISIM, ISVA, ISVG, SDI (IBM Security Identity Manager, IBM Security Access Manager, IBM Security Verify Access, IBM Security Verify Governance, IBM Security Directory Integrator)

Secondary Skills: ISDS, IBM DB2 (IBM Security Directory Server)

Ø  Implementation of complex IAM solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals

Ø  Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership  

Ø  Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competition

Ø  Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required

Ø  Be a strong team player

Ø  Experience in deployment and implementation/support of IBM Tivoli Identity Manager Solution

Required Skills

·       Experience in deployment and implementation/Support of IBM Security Identity Manager/IBM Security Verify

·       Governance

·       Experience in deployment and implementation/Support of IBM Security Access Manager/IBM Security Verify Access

·       Experience with Custom application integration with ISVG tools.

·       Setting up ISVG/ISVA, configuration of LDAP, DB2, integration of LDAP with ISVG/ISVA, , other Authoritative sources Knowledge on setting up recertification policy and campaign, role mining, working knowledge on  self-care portal.

·       Able to write custom solution within IDM Framework to integrate requirement of custom application.

·       Ability to write TDI/SDI script.

·       Architect plans for designing and implementing ISVG/ISVA solutions with new requirements and additional applications.

·       Able to develop and document, policies and procedures.

·       Intermediate to advanced knowledge of multiple IAM domains including Access Management, Identity Management, Security Controls and integration.

·       Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories:

                     IBM Security Directory Server

Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory

Sun Directory Server

Active Directory

Tivoli Directory Server

Novell Directory Server

CA Directory

·       Experience and exposure in RBACx, Compliance solutions, Access certifications solutions is an added advantage

·       Experience working with Application Servers ( WebLogic , Websphere) or developing J2EE products.

·       Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.

·       Should have good knowledge on current IDM, Strong Authentication and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) technologies and products

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.

Qualifications:

Ø  7+ years of strong IAM implementation experience

Ø  Strong oral , written communications skills

Ø  Customer Facing Exposure is must

Ø  CISSP certification is a bonus

Ø  Open to travel requirements
