About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Core Network Expert to design, deploy, and manage advanced telecom core network solutions within cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in 4G/5G core networks, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable network services.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Deployment: Architect and implement cloud-native 4G/5G core networks, including EPC, 5 and network slicing.
Network Functions Virtualization: Deploy and manage VNFs/CNFs using NFV and SDN technologies.
Cloud Integration: Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack) to deploy scalable and fault-tolerant core network solutions.
Automation & Orchestration: Use IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and orchestration platforms (e.g., ONAP, Kubernetes).
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure network performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Wireshark.
Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with 3GPP standards and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with RAN, OSS/BSS, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in telecom core networks (EPC, 5 IMS).
3+ years in cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards for 4G/5G networks.
Expertise in SDN/NFV and cloud-native architectures.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Programming/scripting experience (Python, Go, or Bash).
Familiarity with telecom protocols (SCTP, Diameter, SIP).
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes
