Job Description:
AI/ML Enterprise Architect will be more of a Project Manager and Technical Lead guiding this team/project so this is very very important.

Should be a senior level position 10/12+ years experience
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a the following (or similar) technical disciplines: AI/ML frameworks, AI/ML developing and coding environments, cloud platforms, and big data technologies
Minimum of two years involvement with solution architecture development and delivery; experience developing and interpreting business architecture

Must have: Proficient in the use of enterprise architecture tools and techniques, such as strategy on a page, strategic planning, and business model canvas.
Exposure to and involvement in governance and compliance regimes; a good understanding of security and privacy management
Displays intellectual curiosity and integrity
Understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability to support agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
Experience in AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud IaaS providers (AWS EC2, Azure). Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes, or other BI tools
Comprehensive understanding of health insurance business models, operating models, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience with ethical AI practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Current with new and emerging AI technologies, with a keen ability to integrate them effectively into the business.
Position Summary:
The Enterprise AI Architect proactively and holistically works with the enterprise and program delivery leaders managing architectural runway in support of enterprise initiatives.
Creates architectural designs to guide planning and contextualize AI solution development across products, services, initiatives and systems, including applications, technologies, processes and information
Drives evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of an AI solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies, based on enterprise business strategies, business capabilities, value streams, business requirements and enterprise standards.
The role leads advancement of enterprise composability as a business strategy for leveraging modular technology in response to fast-changing business needs.
The role focuses on identifying technology trends to enable future-state business capabilities, and supporting business processes that, in turn, drive the organization's targeted business outcomes. This role facilitates architectural decisions through highly collaborative cross-functional architecture governance process. 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Enterprise Analytics, Information Management, and delivery programs to assess existing and future solutions requirements and support AI model/vendor selection.
Provides strategic architectural guidance to business domains in defining, and designing enabling technologies supporting business capabilities and processes, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing technology enablers supporting enterprise initiatives.
Supports the delivery of an AI solution architecture for a given initiative complying with enterprise reference architecture.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research and technology to synthesize and incorporate new methodologies.
Practices technology-neutral due diligence process remains unbiased toward any specific technology or vendor choice focusing on positioning AI enabling technologies to drive targeted business outcomes.
Partners with business stakeholders, delivery programs leaders to identify and deliver architectural runway enablement for AI technologies that are highly composable technology.
Uses capability-based planning and human centric design approaches to construct future- and current-state capability models.
Leads analysis of healthcare industry technology and market trends to determine their potential impact on business outcomes by providing practical advice to take advantage of new emerging technologies and the business ecosystem for major disruptive technology and nontechnology trends that affect business strategy execution.
Coaches and mentors’ other architects, product owners and business stakeholders to instill architectural and design thinking mindset.
