What You'll Be Doing:
Experience working in high-traffic, mission-critical digital products is NICE TO HAVE.
Your objective will be to drive design and implementation of solutions and product features, as well as supporting the live operations at scale of user-facing critical Web flows.
We are looking for a Senior full-stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Experience Team. The Experience Team seeks to improve the experience for our customers, who are subscribed to our list of monthly subscription programs. Every month we delivers 2MM+ subscriptions. Such a big volume brings big challenges and opportunities to explore within the Personalization and Engagement aspects.
Develop and code in a full-stack arena using React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin
Develop in micro frontend SPA architecture.
Experience in designing and developing connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecturing integrations.Develop in composable web platforms like Netlify, Vercel, etc
Lead a team and drive the implementation of architectural design solutions.
Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
Guide Junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.
Help the team build scalable, easy-to-maintain software to support millions of users and transactions.
What We're Looking For:
Worked diligently developing front-end apps in Javascript, Next.js, ReactJS, Node.js/Java
Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
Experience with composable web platforms like Netlify, Vercel
Experience with BFF Design patterns
A creative and precise problem solver
Digital Product/UX understanding
AWS Experience
CI/CD Jenkins pipeline configuration
Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Bonus if You Have:
Experience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience working with Mulesoft APIs
Experience working with Kong API Gateway configuration and LUA scripts.
Experience working with Kubernetes
Experience with composable technologies and tools like Commercetools
