Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop web applications using Java technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Optimize application performance and scalability
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and best practices
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the development workflow
Identify and recommend solutions to improve the user experience of our web applications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
Proficient in using development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans
Familiarity with database design and development using SQL and Oracle
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
