FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Strong vendor collaboration and management skills.
- Experience managing Project Managers and Business Analysts

- Experience navigating a highly matrixed, multi-branded organization. Understanding of future technologies
- Ability to tie together solutions across systems
- Payroll Application domain knowledge
- Oral & written communications
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes
- US and Canada Payroll and Taxation (Federal, State, Province and Local laws and regulations)
- Global Payroll general knowledge
- Adept with Global Data Privacy requirements
- SOX, IT Control, and statutory and legal
- Knowledge in Earnings, Costing, Accruals, Garnishments, Work Breakdown Structure, Reimbursements
- Streamlining/Simplification of Payroll processes and services
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- In-depth knowledge and experience with:
- Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Modules
- SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Oracle EBS Fast Formulas
- Oracle BI Publisher
- Oracle Forms and Reports
- Oracle Application Framework
- Employee Self Service Technologies
- Familiarity with and continued learning in Payroll SaaS offerings (Neeyamo and ADP)
- Payroll reporting and Analytic technologies
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Tools
Minimum Years of Experience: 8-10 years
