Job Description
5-7 years of overall testing experience
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies
Experience working with the offshore team and teams from different time zones.
Experience in the Retail domain is a MUST – specifically supply chain, order management, and warehouse management
Database and API testing
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience in JIRA/ Confluence and Test Management Tools
Key Responsibilities:
Creating/ Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases
Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting
Maintaining test data and documentation
Working closely with the onsite test lead and offshore testers, development and support teams
Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication
Adaptability and Flexibility - adapt to shifting priorities, new requirements, and unexpected challenges without compromising quality.
