Job Description
Senior Business Analyst:
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.)
* Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business processes and objectives
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365, providing guidance and insights into system capabilities and best practices
* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Dynamics 365 features and integrations
* Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users fully understand and utilize Dynamics 365 functionalities
* Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support system customization and configuration
* Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation and upgrades
* Monitor system performance and address user concerns or issues in a timely manner
* Stay updated on Dynamics 365 updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
* Utilize recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
* Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions in a supply chain, manufacturing, or telecommunications environment is a plus
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Operations, Sales, or Supply Chain Management)
* Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud integrations
* Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware)
* Familiarity with DevOps processes for continuous improvement
* Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design documentation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
* MS Dynamics D365 certifications
* Experience with C#.net
* Experience with Azure functions, Key Vaults, Logic Apps
