In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, change management, project management, finance, risk management, etc.).

Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

Experience managing small projects.

Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
