Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, edit, and polish 60+ existing articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current standards.
- Analyze article content to identify areas for improvement and implement updates to enhance readability and relevane.
- Maintain and ensure all articles are up-to-date with the latest logistics industry practices and customer needs
- Use basic HTML skills to publish and update articles on the web platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and ensure documentation meets customer expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in the logistics industry, or prior project experience with major logistics companies such as Amazon Logistics.
- Proven track record in technical writing, particularly for web-based content.
- Familiarity with analyzing and refreshing large volumes of content.
- Proficiency in basic HTML for content publishing
