Responsibility:
Translates ideas and business needs into detailed business requirements to facilitate the successful design, testing, and implementation of processes and/or technology relating to Business Service projects. Leads process-oriented service improvement initiatives across collaborative and cross-functional groups. Implements technology or non-technology solutions and manage implementation projects for successful delivery, including developing test scenarios/plans, coordinating testing, and managing changes. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including service and process managers, to realize specific outcomes.
