Job Description

• Lead onsite and offshore teams in the development and delivery of Cloud based Web & Mobile Applications
• Enable or coach teams with technical skills and ready to dig on technology front as needed
• Strong experience on software development technologies like AWS Cloud, Web , Device connectivity recently or in past with expected experience from 10-14 years in industry
• Strong experience as a Full stack developer with front end – REACT Redux, Backend – C#, .NET Core, Web Framework – ASP.NET Core, Scripting Language – Python, Typescript, AWS infrastructure & Modern Cloud Native technologies incl. CI/CD & DEVOps.
• Experience in working in Agile environments
• Full Software Life Cycle Experience in the Medical Domain=? Good To have
• Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills
• Experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration: across various Client Teams, Capgemini GECs (India, Portugal), Teams at multiple Client Location
• Ability to understand and explain the various software systems and technical challenges/dependencies/Risks
• Project Monitoring through Project Management Tools (JIRA)
