Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead large-scale IT projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality criteria.

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and management, and facilitate project meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to foster consensus and drive decision-making.
- Technical Analysis & Design:
- Perform detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Design and document business process flows, data models, and system integrations.

- Evaluate existing IT systems and recommend enhancements or replacements.
- Solution Development:
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business requirements.

- Develop and review test plans, and oversee user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service levels.

- Evaluate and select technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage performance.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Advocate for and lead initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency within IT and across business units.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for adoption where relevant.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, and project deliverables.

- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT business analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex IT projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong understanding and experience with test management and solution certification (QMetry, Jira)
