Job Description
Title: Delivery Coach – Agile Scrum Master
Location: Doral FL –(onsite to start and ramp up but then mostly remote)OPEN TO REMOTE FOR ROCKSTAR (prefer someone local)
Length: 6 months (should extend)
Interview Process – phone/ zoom screen & zoom interview
Notes:
Looking for coach/ scrum master
Wants more hands on (does not want the traditional managerial type)
A lot of software delivery experience
Should be very close to software development, maybe did dev work in the past
Can be former dev, or QA anything in the SDLC space vs just PM background
Should CI/CD concepts
Understands APIs and integration of systems (should have a technical background)
They will be leading team through thought exercises to help create and find solutions
These ppl can facilitate workflow
Looking for someone to help layout a path for delivery of software
Hey don’t have time to train or coach the should come in ready to go.
3-4 years experience in a scrum focused role
Mostly working in scrum or Kanban
They need to communicate with development or product teams
If not a developer or QA background, then maybe data analytics or data science will work.
They will also look at App dev heavy PM/release manager background
