• Payroll Application domain knowledge

• Oral & written communications

• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes

• US and Canada Payroll and Taxation (Federal, State, Province and Local laws and regulations)

• Global Payroll general knowledge

• Adept with Global Data Privacy requirements

• SOX, IT Control, and statutory and legal

• Knowledge in Earnings, Costing, Accruals, Garnishments, Work Breakdown Structure, Reimbursements

• Streamlining/Simplification of Payroll processes and services

 

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with:

     • Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Modules

     • SQL and PL/SQL skills

     • Oracle EBS Fast Formulas

     • Oracle BI Publisher

     • Oracle Forms and Reports

     • Oracle Application Framework

• Employee Self Service Technologies

• Familiarity with and continued learning in Payroll SaaS offerings (Neeyamo and ADP)

• Payroll reporting and Analytic technologies
