Role: .Net Developer with SQL and Production Support
Job Location:- Chicago, IL/ Indianapolis, Indiana/ Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory Skill Sets:-
* 7+ years of experience in a technical support, production support, or software development role.
* Proven experience in defect resolution, issue triage, and incident management within a technology-driven environment.
* Hands-on experience working with provider and member data systems, ETL processes, and manual data handling tasks.
* Proficiency in SQL and database management for troubleshooting data load issues and performing manual loads.
* Hands on experience with development framework (e.g .Net) for handling urgent development tasks..
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and configuration management.
* Excellent root cause analysis and advanced triage skills for resolving complex technical issues.
* Experience in handling provider and member data configuration in healthcare or insurance domains.
* Experience working directly with clients to address and resolve defects and data-related issues.
* Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working directly with clients to address and resolve defects and data-related issues.
* Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
