Job Description
  • Overall Integration Architecture: Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Integration Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that facilitates seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Integration Governance: Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
  • Data Compliance Issues: Identify and address data compliance challenges, implementing solutions that adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Create and manage SLAS to define performance expectations and accountability for integration services.
  • UKG API Version Upgrade: Plan and execute the upgrade of UK APIs, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing integrations.
  • Middleware Optimization: Optimize Dell Boomi integrations for performance, particularly when managing large volumes of data, to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness. API Management: Oversee API management processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access to integration endpoints.
  • Error Handling & Recovery: Design robust error handling and recovery mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity during integration processes.
  • Data Transformation & Mapping: Develop and implement data transformation and mapping strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems. Integration Patterns: Identify and apply integration patterns that best fit the needs of the organization, leveraging industry standards and practices.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions meet security and compliance requirements, implementing best practices to protect sensitive data. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integration architecture and engineering, particularly with UKG and Oracle HCM
