Must-Have Skills
Golang Development: Strong hands-on 5+ experience in backend development using Golang.
Microservices Architecture: hands-on 5+ experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based systems, including a deep understanding of the differences between microservices and monolithic architectures.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience in GCP, AWS or Azure
RESTful API Development: REST API projects, file placement, and package management.
Database Skills:- SQL and NoSQL database, DynamoDB, particularly in designing many-to-many relationships.
Concurrency: Writing concurrency in Golang and practical use cases
Backend Architecture: Ability to structure and organize backend projects for maintainability and scalability.
Problem-Solving: Excellent coding skills with the ability to write and demonstrate pseudo-code for HTTP REST backend processing.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Performance Optimization: Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for backend systems.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.
