The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead will support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, acting as a strategic liaison between business users, implementation vendors, Oracle, and technical teams. The role focuses on solution design, configuration, and ensuring optimal use of the Oracle Fusion HCM application suite. Responsibilities include evaluating quarterly HCM updates, managing testing processes, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.
- Configure and design solutions, including fast formulas and custom fields.
- Assess Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM quarterly updates, determine impacts, and coordinate testing with business teams.
- Lead end-to-end project implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollouts.
- Ensure optimal application performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and audits.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and Oracle to manage maintenance schedules and resolve issues.
- Mentor and train team members on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Document system requirements, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of ERP implementation/administration experience.
- 3+ years as an HCM Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Expertise in configurations, customizations, and integration with other Fusion applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in project leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and configurations.

Experience with security roles and workflow setup in Oracle Fusion applications.

Familiarity with other Oracle Fusion applications like ERP & EPM.
