Job Description
Lead projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Define and track milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an integrated delivery plan.
Utilize risk management strategies to mitigate project risks impacting cost, quality, or schedule.
Manage change requests, assess their impact on scope, schedule, and cost, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Resource and Financial Management
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure timely resource allocation.
Forecast, monitor, and report project financials while maintaining records in project management tools.
Review and approve timecards associated with the project.
Develop business case financial models and maintain budgets to meet ROI targets.
Documentation and Compliance
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards, including SOX, computer systems validation, and PMO guidelines.
Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and publish periodic status reports.
Liaise with supplier management groups for engagement quality, experience, and cost.
Partner with business sponsors to define and meet success metrics and criteria.
