Wireless Network Management: Implement and maintain Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Access Points (APs), including conducting WiFi site surveys and troubleshooting.

Cloud Technologies: Configure and manage Azure infrastructure to support organizational needs.

Network Security: Deploy and configure firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), VPNs, and other security measures to maintain the integrity of the network. Perform vulnerability assessments and apply necessary remediations.

Switch and Router Management: Configure, upgrade, and migrate network hardware, including (our type of equipment).

Protocol Management: Troubleshoot and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, HSRP, and spanning tree technologies.

Automation and Monitoring: Utilize Python, Ansible, and network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) to automate tasks and monitor network performance.

Project Management: Lead and participate in network infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new installations.

Incident Management: Use Jira to manage tickets and resolve network-related issues efficiently.

Team Leadership/Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams to align network systems with business requirements and ensure optimal performance.

Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
