Datacenter Technician:
Role & Responsibilities
Seeking someone involved in servers, knows linux, logged into the server before, run some tests, swap in and out parts and does maintenance on them.
• Responsibilities:
o Replace ticketed component (HDD, SSD, DIMM, PSU, fan)
o Receive/send packages for replaced components (RMAs)
o Assist with regular site maintenance activity (inventory, cleanup, etc.)
o Escalate complex and/or abnormal issues on site with the DCO team

- Day to day is fixing servers
- Server Brake fix experience is required
- Server troubleshooting
- Linux - commands knowledge to maneuver around
- need someone who can hit the ground running.
