• Support development of the design strategy for new products.
• Implement the process for new products.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Manage the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Required Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Skills Strong experience of defining features, decomposing features into stories, writing user stories, and performing backlog grooming with the scrum development team Strong experience with business process analysis, data mapping and analysis, and requirements gathering, elaboration and documentation Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel Risk Assessment and Management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
• Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc. Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Product Development skills including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
• Programming skills including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
• Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Product Management skills including managing demand, releases, and backlog Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Prior experience with Scrum methodology Prior experience of documenting test scripts and performing UAT Tools Skilled in SQL Experience using JIRA Experience using SharePoint Skilled in Excel
