The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead will support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, acting as a strategic liaison between business users, implementation vendors, Oracle, and technical teams. The role focuses on solution design, configuration, and ensuring optimal use of the Oracle Fusion HCM application suite. Responsibilities include evaluating quarterly HCM updates, managing testing processes, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.

Configure and design solutions, including fast formulas and custom fields.

Assess Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM quarterly updates, determine impacts, and coordinate testing with business teams.

Lead end-to-end project implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollouts.

Ensure optimal application performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and audits.

Collaborate with IT, vendors, and Oracle to manage maintenance schedules and resolve issues.

Mentor and train team members on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

Document system requirements, policies, and procedures.
