Job Description
1. **Experience:**
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or digital products.
2. **Design Tools:**
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and design systems.
3. **User Research and Testing:**
- Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and accessibility.
4. **Wireframing and Prototyping:**
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
5. **Front-End Knowledge:**
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (optional but a plus).
6. **Agile Development:**
- Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Notion).
Technical Skills
1. **UI/UX Design:**
- Develop intuitive, scalable, and accessible UI/UX designs for SaaS applications.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
2. **Wireframing and Prototyping:**
- Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Define micro-interactions, animations, and user flows to enhance user engagement.
3. **Visual Design:**
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Apply color theory, typography, and branding to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Optimize UI assets for performance and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
5. **User Research and Data Analysis:**
- Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Implement feedback loops to refine UI/UX based on real user interactions.
Preferred Skills
1. **Industry Experience:**
- Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or AI-powered applications.
2. **Motion Design:**
- Strong understanding of motion design and animations (Lottie, Framer).
3. **Certifications:**
- Certification in Human-Centered Design (HCD) or UX Research.
4. **Design Principles:**
- Knowledge of design tokens, atomic design principles, and accessibility standards.
