Job Description

1. 1 Senior Data Science Expert/SME will need to have the background in Data Science to guide and mentor.  Will also need to be hands on to help guide through Code reviews etc.  Skills needed AWS Services... particularly the data services, EMR, Glue, Redshift, S3 Buckets etc. , Sagemaker skills a MUST , Python, SQL, Unix.  Should have experience with financial models, Financial Services, secondary mortgage and possibly statistics.  It will be new development
2. 3-4 AWS Engineers.  Senior to guide and mentor.  AWS Services, especially the data services, Cloud design and performance, Cloud SME or expert, Could be AWS Architect Certified. SQL and Python needed.  Hands on.
3. 3-4 Quantitative Engineers, she calls them.  Modeling and statistics based.  Also Secondary mortgage.  Resume may even say Quantitative on it.  Resume could also mention Financial engineering.  Python, SQL,   AWS Data Services especially, Hopefully experience with Financial Models.  Think numbers. Statistics.  Quantitative. “Do you consider yourself a Quantitative developer or Engineer?”
4. 3-4 AI Engineers.  Couple of years in Data Science and AI.  Will lead, guide and mentor.  Sagemaker is most important tool.  AWS Services, Python and SQL.  Same background of financial models, financial services and secondary Mortgage.
