Job Description
Role: Business System Analyst with Smart COMM experience
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Years of experience, Overall, 8 + years and in Smart COMM 2 years.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Smart COMM or similar document generation tools.
Strong understanding of document automation, customer communication strategies, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Proficiency in creating documentation, including use cases, process flows, and test plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
