Position Summary:
Fidelity Investments is seeking an AWS Cloud Developer with expertise in Python, AWS services, and large-scale data management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud-based development, data transformation, and workflow orchestration, with a strong focus on AWS technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize cloud-based applications using AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Manage large data sets, including integration, transformation, and querying.
- Implement workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
- Utilize Control-M for batch processing and job scheduling.
- Design and maintain scalable, high-performance cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and data workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
5-8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on AWS development.
Expertise in large-scale data management (integration, storage, transformation).
Proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL database management.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, RDS).
Experience in Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
Familiarity with batch processing tools like Control-M.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize cloud-based solutions.
