Description:
We seek a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Data Analytics and Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, reporting, and analytics, with at least 3 years of experience in each area. Also, at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Looker is required. This role involves leveraging Python to design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions, specifically utilizing healthcare data. Healthcare experience is essential to ensure effective delivery of insights and compliance with industry standards.
What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain custom data analytics and reporting solutions using Python.
• Extract, process, and analyze healthcare data to generate actionable insights.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines to automate workflows specific to healthcare datasets.
• Create, manage, and optimize Looker dashboards and reports.
• Develop LookML models to deliver accurate and scalable analytics using healthcare data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate healthcare-specific business requirements into Looker-based solutions.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HIPPA compliance, to ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
• Work with clinical, operational, and financial datasets to deliver meaningful insights.
• Understand healthcare-specific KPIs and metrics for analytics and reporting.
• Partner with healthcare business teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Collaborate on data integration projects, ensuring alignment with industry practices.
• Present findings through clear, concise reports and visualizations tailored for healthcare stakeholders.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of analytics tools and reports.
• Continuously optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement in healthcare data analysis workflows.

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of Python programming with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining analytics solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Looker, including LookML development.
• Proven experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with industry regulations such as HIPPA.  
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker visualizations). 
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
