Job Description

• 5+ years Scrum Master experience from large financial institution
• Project Management capabilities
• Commercial Lending Experience (Must Have) This MUST be in the Resume
• Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project (Must Have)
• Agile Methodology (Must Have)
• Solifi Experience 
• PowerBuilder Experience 
• iMX Leasing Software Experience 

• 30% - Project Coordination: Uses agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Facilitates communication between external groups and the project team. Monitors project progress and drives a culture of agility and learning.
• 30% Communication: Facilitates daily team meetings, address roadblocks. Hosts regular sessions to share updates with product stakeholders on project progression. Ensure deadlines are met.
• 20% Business Support: Plan and organize demos and product/system testing. Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• 20% Reporting: Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials. Prepares and presents to stakeholders.
