Detailed Job Description:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master & Total experience: 8-10 years.
Your main mission is to promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and support teams in their transformation.
As a Scrum Master Agile Team Coach, you ensure the proper implementation of Agile practices within your team and more broadly at the organizational level. Within your Infrastructure and Security Operation team, composed of various technical and functional profiles, you facilitate Agile ceremonies meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives and ensure smooth execution.
You coach the team to promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and support teams in their transformation.
As a Scrum Master Agile Team Coach, you ensure the proper implementation of Agile practices within your team and more broadly at the organizational level.
