The IT Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Business Systems Analyst will:
- Work with TMS operations/ Industrial Engineering etc. to understand the current business process
- Analyze and understand the issue/pain points with current business process and the value that a solution would add
- Work with the TMS operations/business team to define the scope of the effort and map out the desired to be process
- Consult with development/technical teams to confirm feasibility of the desired solution and level of effort
- Document scope, business requirements and obtain funding approval from business stakeholders

Requirements Elicitation Requirements
Experience working in IT as a Business Analyst capturing Business and Functional requirements in formalized documentation
Ability to create AS IS and TO BE business process models using BPMN or other similar modeling type
Documentation Process Flow Experience (Visio)
Detail Oriented/Organized
