RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Senior Java Developer to join their team.
Summary:
The Senior Java Developer will be supporting Store Systems on the COM (customer order management) side of the house. COM is what allows orders to flow through the process from once it is placed to when the item is received. Here is where it captures the order, modify orders, cancel orders and essentially tracks the order through its lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong background with Java and Spring Boot; This team is all backend development building microservices
* Java 8 knowledge required (Java 11 a plus) (heavy streams and lambdas)
* Heavy messaging experience (Kafka)
* Databases - (Oracle, Cassandra, Elastic Search, Redis)
* Google Cloud Platform/GKE
* Heavy Kubernetes
