Education & Experience Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field with 10+ years’ experience
· No Degree, they will need at least 12+ years of experience in this field/capacity
· PMP Certification is a Plus
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
· The Project Manager will provide project and change management for Collaboration Services initiatives that typically impact Microsoft products and services that support the CLIENT enterprise (105k+ end users). Responsibilities include strategic planning, organizing, managing, and implementing small to complex programs and projects in accordance with project management principles and change management to deliver Workplace Modernization business value, desired outcomes, and a positive customer experience.
· Typical task breakdown:
o Strategically plan, organize, and implement programs and projects to deliver business value and desired outcomes on time and within budget.
o Manage internal and potential third-party resources to achieve project objectives.
o Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders across the enterprise, including IT and Business Unit partners.
o Identify and address potential risks on projects to stay on track.
o Decision making and critical thinking to make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
o Manage day-to-day project activities regarding project responsibilities, schedules, and develop contingency plans for potential risks.
Interaction with team: 4 FTE (PMs) and 1 Agency in team
Work environment: Hybrid work schedule
