Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture and protect our organization from evolving cyber threats. This role requires expertise in security tools and threat management. Candidatewill work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and enhance security measures while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions to protect enterprise infrastructure, applications, and data.
• Manage and optimize security tools, including Rapid7, CrowdStrike, and KnowBe4, to detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security into system architecture and cloud environments.
• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve security strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat management, incident response, and security operations.
• Hands-on experience with Rapid7 (vulnerability management), CrowdStrike (EDR/XDR), and KnowBe4 (security awareness training).
• Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, SIEM solutions, and cloud security.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as HITRUST, NIST, and SOC 2.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to security incidents in a high-pressure environment.
