Job Description
Power BI Developer:
Role:
- Work within the digital manufacturing operations team to provide technical support to the digital manufacturing team and factory information systems teams.
- Leverage existing technical skillsets, develop new ones, or work with consultants to drive results.
- Use Agile methodologies to ensure the portfolio backlog is aligned, maintained and achieved throughout project cycles.
- Execute solutions based on strategic vision.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, and technical solutions to support and streamline digital manufacturing solutions.
- Utilize skills in reporting system design and development with a focus on detailed work, report creation, with analysis and design skills for reporting systems and processes that will mirror the business processes.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years work experience in the United States.
- Ability to be employed by TechnoSmarts as a W2 by start date.
- 6 - 8+ years experience in Power BI report development.
- SSRS SQL Server Reporting Services experience.
- SQL Server & DB2 experience.
- Data cubes experience.
- Experienced creating visualizations / dashboards.
- Experienced using both on premises & cloud databases.
- Understanding publishing & report lifecycle.
- Security
- Collections
- When to use various reporting technology
- SSAS SQL Server Analysis Services is a plus.
- Experience converting reports from Jaspersoft is a plus.
- Data management experience is a plus.
- Experience in data modeling is a plus.
