                    Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies. 
 • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring proper communication, coordination, and cooperation among all team members. 
 • Scope Management: Define project scope, deliverables, and ensure that project changes are carefully controlled and documented. • Budget Management: Track project expenses, ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget, and report financial status to stakeholders. 
 • Timeline Management: Ensure timely project delivery by monitoring and adjusting project schedules as needed. 
 • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize impact on project success. 
 • Quality Control: Oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure project outputs meet required standards and business needs. 
 • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and team members. 
 • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations. 
 • Problem Solving: Address project challenges promptly, adjusting plans or processes as necessary to ensure successful project completion. 
 • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement for future projects. Qualifications: 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
 • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred. 
 • Proven experience in managing IT projects (5 years or more). 
 • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). 
 • Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). 
 • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
 • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering quality results. Skills:
