Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday testing, particularly in Finance-related modules (such as Workday Financial Management, Accounting, Procurement, and Expenses), and be able to effectively manage end-to-end testing activities.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management, configuration, and module testing.
- Proven experience in test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
- Strong leadership abilities to lead a testing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong team player with the ability to mentor and guide junior testers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
