Business Analyst JD:
• BA with Guiding care experience in Care Management, Utilization management, Appeals & Grievances.
• Experience documentation business processes, procedures, data and rules.
• Effective communication skills
• Working knowledge of Tableau Cloud and Desktop is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into bitesize action items.
• Proficient managing project documentation in Agile workflows using Jira and Confluence
• Define and prioritize the product backlog items, balancing the requirements of stakeholders with the resources of the development team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Strong data literacy - ability to understand and use data to make decisions.
• Strong attention to detail
• Monitor the effectiveness of data products post-implementation and use feedback to inform future improvements.
• Experience creating/editing training documentation.
